Letts Racing Takes Touring Car Honours at Brands Hatch
Geoffrey and Alan Letts emerged victorious in the Masters Pre-66 Touring Cars race at Brands Hatch, steering their Ford Lotus Cortina to the category win after 33 laps of racing on the Grand Prix circuit.
Henry and Martin Stephenson secured second place in their Ford Mustang, finishing one lap behind the winning Cortina, while Colin Sowter completed the podium in another Lotus Cortina after a determined drive to third in class.
The Touring Cars once again delivered a varied field of period saloons, with the Cortina proving the benchmark package around Brands Hatch as the Letts family secured top honours.
